I purchased two Tiana single seats from Osmen Auburn on 1 March 2025 for $2,372.50, and both arrived missing the bottom seat cushions, making them completely unusable.
Despite raising the issue immediately and following up for over ten weeks, I’ve had no resolution, no delivery, and no refund.
Extremely poor customer service and communication. Very disappointing experience with a company claiming to offer premium outdoor furniture. Not recommended.
