Double hanging egg chair

A high quality, sturdy double egg chair. The overall design is excellent with the leg stand design more so which makes it feel safe and ease of sweeping underneath which appears easier compared to the circle stands. Very comfortable and is as described on line. I raised an issue regarding the delivery cost which in the end was not an issue. OSMEN as an on line store to order through was a pleasure to deal with.

Not recommended

I purchased two Tiana single seats from Osmen Auburn on 1 March 2025 for $2,372.50, and both arrived missing the bottom seat cushions, making them completely unusable.

Despite raising the issue immediately and following up for over ten weeks, I’ve had no resolution, no delivery, and no refund.

Extremely poor customer service and communication. Very disappointing experience with a company claiming to offer premium outdoor furniture. Not recommended.
