Great Product terrible service

Bushbeck products are excellent. The oven is in no way disappointing. The Pizza insert works very well. Access through the opening and hinges on the door are not what you would expect given the pricing of the Pizza insert. However, once you start cooking the product is consistent and reliable in terms of quality of cooking product.
