Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is open to customers who have purchased from OSMEN Outdoor Furniture.
2. One (1) $50 Store Voucher is available per completed purchase/order.
3. Reviews must be genuine, based on the customer’s own experience.
4. Reviews must be published on either:
    * OSMEN Google Business Profile; or
    * the OSMEN website.

1. Customers must email a screenshot of their published review to service@osmen.com.au.
2. OSMEN reserves the right to verify the purchase before issuing the voucher.
3. The $50 Store Voucher will be emailed after verification, generally within 5–10 business days.
4. Store vouchers:
    * are valid for 36 months from the date of issue;
    * are not redeemable for cash;
    * cannot be transferred or exchanged;
    * cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
1. Only one voucher may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise approved by OSMEN.
2. OSMEN reserves the right to reject fraudulent, duplicate, offensive, misleading or spam reviews.
3. Removing or editing a review after the voucher has been issued may result in exclusion from future promotions.
4. OSMEN reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
