Spend $3,500 & Receive $300 OSMEN Store Credit*
1. This promotion is available during the advertised promotional period at participating OSMEN stores and is while stocks last.
2. Customers must spend $3,500 or more on eligible products in a single transaction to receive one $300 OSMEN Store Credit.
3. The $3,500 qualifying spend is calculated on the product value actually paid after applicable discounts. Delivery, freight, installation, assembly, service fees, surcharges and any other non-product charges do not count towards the $3,500 minimum spend.
4. Special pricing and package deals are excluded from this promotion and do not qualify towards the $3,500 minimum spend.
5. Pergolas, umbrellas and pizza ovens are excluded from this promotion and their value does not count towards the $3,500 qualifying spend.
6. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, voucher or discount, unless expressly approved or stated by OSMEN.
7. The $300 Store Credit cannot be applied to or deducted from the original $3,500 qualifying purchase.
8. The $300 Store Credit may only be used towards another eligible item in a separate transaction or a future purchase.
9. The $300 Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused value remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
10. The Store Credit is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and no cash change will be provided.
11. One $300 Store Credit per qualifying transaction. Multiple transactions cannot be combined to meet the $3,500 qualifying spend or to increase the value of the promotional Store Credit.
12. If any part of the original qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled, returned or refunded, and the remaining eligible product value falls below $3,500, the promotional $300 Store Credit will be cancelled. If the Store Credit has already been redeemed, OSMEN may take its value into account when processing any refund or store credit, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
13. OSMEN reserves the right to verify eligibility for the promotion and to correct any Store Credit issued in error.
14. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
